U Tin Myint (better known as Director Di Pa) is the Managing Director of Creative Designer Co., Ltd. otherwise known as CDV Media Industry. Although he established CDV Media only in 1997, his TV commercials were the first, the earliest and the most successful in Myanmar, screening for over a decade. He was selected by Singapore exclusively as photographer for the whole of Burma (Myanmar) in 1972, and in 1973 he won the Singapore International Photographic Saloon exhibition, with an entry named “Lonesome Me”.

He is also known as Di Pa, Artist and founder of ACD Gallery, the one and only Myanmar most famous artists and artistic art gathering place in Myanmar. ACD Gallery is well known as charitable gallery. ACD Gallery is founded for the Artists Society of Myanmar. His main purpose is to promote Myanmar Artists and Myanmar Artistic Arts to the whole world.

He is also a movie director, known as Di Pa. One of his TV documentary programmes on Asia won the Global Environmental Film Festival, Earth Vision 1994, held by Tokyo Metropolitan Television. His was the one and only Myanmar TV documentary programme among the 10 finalists selected from a field of 145 to win an award by Tokyo Metropolitan Television. The film’s title was “From the Wildness to …”

U Tin Myint has considerable expertise in various media. In 1978 he started a color lab, which was well known in this country under the name of “Burma (Myanmar) lab”.
Since then he has established a chain of business services, all related to the media.
